By accessing or using DivIntelligence.com , any associated content, services, or community features (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

Information We Collect

Name, email, phone, company details when you complete forms, book calls, or join the Growth Hub.

  • Business Information:

Revenue data, quiz results, or goals you provide during assessments.

  • Usage Data:

Analytics, cookies, and browsing behavior on our Site.

  • Content:

Submissions in the Growth Hub community or contact forms.

Services Provided

DivIntelligence LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides:

  • Revenue Growth Consulting

Including advisory sessions, paid programs, and implementation services.

  • Growth Hub Community

An online forum, events, and peer groups for SMBs and startups.

  • Content Resources

Blogs, frameworks, templates, and educational materials.

  • Funnel Programs

Including

  1. 3X Revenue Potential Quiz (diagnostic tool)
  2. 3X Breakthrough Call (consultation)
  3. 3X Revenue Blueprint (paid strategic plan)
  4. 3X Revenue Implementation (paid program with conditional guarantee)

We may update or modify our Services at any time.

Eligibility & Accounts
  • Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Payments & Refunds
  • Certain Services (Growth Hub, Blueprint and Implementation) are paid. Pricing and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase.
  • Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Free Services (Quiz, initial community access) may later transition into paid tiers at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
  • All content, frameworks, templates, AI automations, and models made available through DivIntelligence are the intellectual property of DivIntelligence LLC.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal business use.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify materials without prior written consent.
User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others in the Growth Hub community.
  • Pitch or solicit services without authorization.
  • Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

DivIntelligence SMS Messaging Program

By opting into the DivIntelligence SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to service updates, appointment reminders, growth insights, and promotional communications (if you have opted in).

Opt-Out

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP.
  • After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • If you wish to rejoin, simply opt in again as you did originally.

  • Results are not guaranteed unless expressly stated (e.g., the “3X Revenue Implementation” program includes conditional guarantees subject to separate written agreements).

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, DivIntelligence LLC disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate access to any Service without notice if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
  • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
